PCD blanks for cutting tools

PCD blanks consists of PCD layer integrally sintered under ultrahigh pressure and high temperature to a cemented tungsten carbide backing.
It has the high hardness and abrasion resistance of nature diamond, and combined with the toughness that of tungsten carbide.
Its life is10 to 100 times of tungsten carbide cutters.

Application

The PCD does not react chemically with non-ferrous metal and nonmetal materials, so the PCD disc is suitable for machining of non-ferrous metal and alloys, such as aluminum, copper, zinc, as well as wood, ceramics, rubber, plastic, fibre, etc.
